Zucchini-Pea Pesto

This was so yummy. I can't wait to make it again. Here's what I did: Steam some chopped zucchini along with some frozen peas and then add it to all the ingredients in regular pesto (walnuts, parmesan cheese, garlic) except pesto. We ate it on pasta the first day, and I've been using it as a spread on rice cakes the rest of the week. Really, it's so good.


I took some of the pureed veggies out before I added the other stuff. Wes thought it was gross. He sort of gagged, but oh well. I thought it tasted good.



Noah liked it though. Score.
